An IEP is an Individualized Education Plan that outlines the Special Education and Related Services your child will receive. One of our major ongoing projects at SNAFU is helping other parents help themselves to effectively advocate for their children. We pledge to provide IEP education and support on an as-needed basis. We will teach you how to organize your child's records, how to prepare for an IEP meeting, how to effectively request for appropriate assessments, how to handle roadblocks to your child's success and much more.
